Stepping over the corpse of the recently deceased Zun`Muram Tkarish Zyk, the resolute Clanmates placed their hands upon the towering obsidian statue that marked the portal to the final Trusik temple - Tacvi.
Entering the entrance room on the other side, the sheer extent of destruction that the Muramites had wielded against the Trusik became apparent. The bodies of dozens of Taelosians littered the room, many who were likely cut down where they stood. The last remaining Trusik slave greeted us on our arrival, explaining that we were very close to our goal, that within this very temple stood the leader of the invasion force, along with his three most trusted officers. |
Wasting no time, we descended into the death filled halls - only to meet up with our first real challenge, Pixxt Xxeric Kex. At first glance, an unnatural beauty surrounded this massive being, undoubtedly some kind of mind trick, designed to lull challengers into a false sense of security.
With weapons at the ready, we engaged Xxeric Kex relentlessly, studying her battle style, and formulating tactics to defeat this monstrosity. Many many lives were lost in the pursuit of victory, but in the end our persistence paid off, as Xxeric Kex succumbed to the wrath of Clan Ta`Veren!
